Thomas College specializes in preparing men and women for professional careers in business, technology and education. With this goal in mind, the College offers four-year degrees in accounting, computer science, elementary education, criminal justice, computer information systems, psychology, management, sports management, marketing management, finance/economics, entrepreneurship, human resource management, political science, and communications. Two-year associate degrees are also available in some of these areas.

The criminal justice program offers a unique opportunity for students to include the actual Basic Law Enforcement Training Program required of all law enforcement officers through a partnership with the Maine Criminal Justice Academy.

The academic experience at Thomas College is enhanced by a selection of liberal arts courses and a practical approach to learning that emphasizes hands-on experience through internships, student employment and consulting opportunities. Thomas College takes pride in its placement rate. In fact, the College now guarantees job placement for all bachelor's degree recipients in their field of study.

Bachelor's and Associate Degrees: The Continuing Education Division offers bachelor's degrees in business and professional studies, as well as associate's degrees in applied business and professional studies.

Master's Degrees: The Graduate School offers the Master of Business Administration degree, an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management, and an M.S. in Computer Technology.
